In a time of increasing domestic mobility, expanding transportation options, and accelerating technological developments, individuals using urban public transportation in different cities within the country often need to acquire separate payment methods for each place they visit. The Turkey Card, which will be usable on all transportation vehicles of municipalities and institutions/organizations with agreements, will allow citizens to conduct banking transactions as well. Additionally, it will provide easy and fast access to products and services such as HGS, Pttcell, Cargo, and Insurance, which are heavily used in PTT's areas of operation. Moreover, with PTT's extensive network of offices and alternative transaction channels, users will have easy access to both the product and related services.

The physical cards used for public transportation and banking services will be integrated into the developing Turkey Card mobile application, allowing users to perform banking, transportation, and online balance loading transactions via mobile devices. The Turkey Card, which is also integrated with TRota, will enable payments for public transportation journeys conducted through TRota.
