TRota is a Mobility as a Service (MaaS) app that combines various transportation modes into a single platform to simplify urban travel. It provides access to public transportation, bicycles, scooters, intercity buses, High-Speed Trains, and car rental services, all through one app, allowing you to plan your journeys easily.

To use TRota's journey planning features, simply download the mobile app to your smartphone! After downloading, you can use the travel planner to choose your preferred transportation modes and plan your route. In addition to planning, if you want to use rental and ticketing features, you can create your account in seconds and access both the planning and booking options.
TRota includes transportation modes such as public transit (buses, metro, trams), bike and scooter sharing, intercity buses, High-Speed Trains, as well as services like parking and car rentals in the cities where it operates.
With TRota, you can securely make public transportation payments using digital payment methods (such as QR codes or NFC) in cities where Türkiye Kart is accepted. For other transportation modes, you can pay with prepaid cards, debit cards, and credit cards*. Additionally, you can securely store your cards in the TRota app for future payments, adhering to PSI DSS security standards.

If you encounter any issues with the TRota app, you can reach out to us through the “Support” section within the app by selecting the transportation operator or issue you're experiencing.
To delete your account, go to the “Account Settings” section within the app and select the “Delete Account” option. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service to request account deletion.

TRota requires an internet connection for most of its core functions. However, previously downloaded routes and reservations can be viewed offline. New reservations cannot be made, and real-time updates are not available in offline mode. Once your internet connection is restored, all features will be accessible again.
