A cooperation preliminary protocol has been signed between PTT Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş. (PTT Teknoloji) and Bin Ulaşım ve Akıllı Şehir Teknolojileri A.Ş. (BinBin) with the aim of enhancing collaboration in the field of Smart Transportation Systems (AUS), improving services offered to end users, and developing new services.
PTT Technology, the operator of Turkey's first domestic MaaS platform TRota, and Turkey's leading micromobility company BinBin a collaboration protocol has been signed to enhance cooperation in the field of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), improve services provided to end-users, and develop new services. Under this protocol, various collaborations will be developed between BinBin, a micromobility company operating in 19 cities across 5 countries worldwide, and PTT Teknoloji, the operator of the TRota Mobility as a Service (MaaS) application. This includes integrating existing applications in the ITS field, conducting joint R&D projects in ITS and mobility, establishing partnerships for ongoing projects, and providing mutual facilitation on technical and administrative matters related to existing ITS products and services.

The developing TRota will soon begin operations in Konya as its first city, providing access not only to public transportation vehicles offered by the Konya Metropolitan Municipality but also to other transportation modes.
TRota
TRota is a Mobility as a Service (MaaS) application being developed by the PTT Teknoloji and Inova Consortium with the support of the Turkish Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure's UDHAM Presidency. TRota aims to provide citizens with a planable, predictable, fast, and cost-effective travel experience by integrating various urban and intercity transportation modes. It seeks to encourage the use of public transport, shorten travel times, and offer a passenger-focused experience by allowing users to plan, pay, and make reservations for different transportation services through a single interface. The developing TRota will soon begin operations in Konya as its first city, offering integrated access to both public transportation vehicles provided by the Konya Metropolitan Municipality and contracted transportation services and facilities.
